Tracker was founded by Eric Narcisco on a simple belief: before the physical world can be transformed, it must first be understood.
That belief was shaped by firsthand experience in the residential rental industry. After founding and selling LeaseTrack.ai, one of the earliest AI companies in the space, it became clear that while software had advanced, the underlying data powering property operations remained incomplete, inconsistent, and often subjective.
The next step wasn’t more software. It was a new way to understand the physical world.
Tracker was built to capture real-world property conditions and transform them into structured, objective intelligence creating the foundation for a new era of property operations.
Drew Sanders joined early as co-founder, helping expand this vision into a system designed to scale across portfolios. Together, the team has grown to include technologists and industry operators focused on one goal: turning real-world inspections into decision-ready intelligence.
