Our story

Tracker is built on the foundation of applying modern technology to the real estate and insurance industries. Our founder, Eric Narcisco, pioneered the first independent insurance agency to offer embedded renters insurance programs for landlords. Later, as the founder of LeaseTrack, he leveraged AI algorithms to drive innovation in compliance management for rental properties. Now Eric has assembled a team of brilliant technologists and business professionals to bring a dramatic level of innovations to the industry.

Founded in 2024, Tracker was built from the ground up with a modern AI-driven technology stack. From sourcing the right data and training the algorithms to designing an optimal architecture, every element is designed for efficiency and innovation. This approach enables Tracker to deliver best-in-class products while avoiding the challenges and limitations associated with legacy systems and technical debt.
