The Team Will You Be On:
Product Development: You’ll be part of our product development team and help to build solutions leveraging bleeding edge AI and visual models to provide automations for our customers.
The Job:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in defining and driving the product roadmap for Tracker’s AI and computer vision-based platform. You’ll be responsible for translating customer needs into clear product requirements, managing priorities across teams, and ensuring that Tracker delivers innovative, valuable, and scalable solutions to our property management customers.
You’ll balance strategic thinking with tactical execution—leading discovery, aligning stakeholders, and driving product development through launch and beyond.
You May Be A Good Fit If:
• Have 5+ years of product management experience in a software or technology company
• Have successfully led the development and launch of B2B or enterprise SaaS products
• Are experienced working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and customer success
• Are data-driven, comfortable with product analytics, and adept at making decisions based on insights and metrics
• Can take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Can manage competing priorities while keeping the team focused on outcomes
• (Bonus) Have experience with AI, computer vision, or tools used in real estate or property tech
Tools and technologies:
• Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack
• GitHub
• Productboard (or similar roadmapping tools)
• Mixpanel / Amplitude (product analytics)
• SQL or other tools for data analysis (a plus)
• Familiarity with developer tooling and APIs is helpful
Location:
Candidates must be able to visit the Albany NY/Capital District area quarterly or more if necessary and have the ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary Range:
The pay range for this role is based on experience.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
